LEMAN GROUP ACQUIRING IN FINLAND

We are very pleased to announce that as of 1 June 2018, LEMAN has acquired all shares in the Finnish logistics company FL Services OY (Finlogistics).

With 10 employees and a turnover of EUR 9 million Finlogistics is a perfect match for LEMAN in Finland. "We not only complement each other commercially; we also get some skilled and competent employees," says Thomas Krøyer, CEO of LEMAN Group.

The acquisition will double LEMAN’s activities in Finland and strengthen the smallest country in the Group so far with broader product range and greater expertise.
