The transport strike in Finland is now over.
The parties entered into a settlement on the evening of 1 March.
We therefore expect normalization of transport from next week (week 10)
If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact your local LEMAN contact.
The collective agreement negotiations in the field of transport in Finland are still unfinished, and in this connection a strike has been announced starting on 15 February, and initially of one week's duration.
If the strike becomes a reality, it will primarily affect stevedoring, storage, terminal, transportation and distribution in Finland.
We therefore point out that there may be significant delays in the transport process to / from Finland, where loading & unloading of loose trailers, terminal and distribution activities will be affected.
There will be the possibility of special solutions so that delays can be minimized.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact your local LEMAN contact person.
