PHARMA SOLUTIONS WITHOUT LIMITS

After another successful LogiPharma conference in Switzerland, LEMAN is consolidating the high level of ambition in the Pharma Healthcare area. The conference was used to unveil some of LEMAN's potential plans.

At LEMAN, we are extremely aware of the extraordinary requirements for the transportation and storage of pharmaceutical products. Specially trained staff are instrumental in maintaining high standards for compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.

Full Service Provider
Pharma solutions should not be limited. Therefore, LEMAN offers a wide range of transport solutions as a full-service provider to the pharmaceutical industry. Thus, transport with both Road, Air and Sea and custom logistics solutions are part of the product range. In addition, partloads and groupage  are offered, which make it possible to send smaller shipments with trailers adapted to individual temperature control systems.

"Our competence center counts more than 30 specially trained staff and we offer Pharma solutions on a global scale with GDP trained staff. We do not compromise on quality and we have a well-documented quality management system. To ensure optimal service and focus on regulatory requirements, we have a pharmacist affiliated with the company and of course we have the relevant GDP and GMP approvals, "says Vice President Pharma Healthcare, Gert Christiansen. 

Positive growth and higher capacity
LEMAN has, through approx. 20 years, offered transport and logistics solutions to the pharmaceutical industry and has been in a very positive development.

Therefore, new, specially designed trailers are now added to the fleet, and the positive growth has given the ambitions to, in the long term, expand the storage and cross-dock facilities, so that there will be even more room to grow with the customers.

"As part of our strategic plan for the Pharma Healthcare area we have, in cooperation with an architect, had designed the future potential LEMAN Pharma HUB and logistics center. A prospectus that, based on the right customer commitments will be able to support our priorities in this area in the future".

"More and more customers are using our Pharma cross-dock setup which, with its strategic location, serves as a gateway to / from the Nordic countries. Our HUB also serves as a starting point for our Pharma air freight solutions, where we, among other things, have specialized in packing shipments in specially designed and validated pharma packaging," concludes Gert Christiansen.
